Serrano Blue Cheese Butter Smash Burger

There’s nothing like a good burger on the grill. Make it a smash burger and we are extra in. Our friends from Beard and the Gal created this delicious recipe taking all the elements of a classic burger and elevating it with our Serrano hot sauce, their Buttermilk Potato Rolls, and a swipe of blue cheese.

Serrano Blue Cheese Butter Smash Burger

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Brewt’s Serrano Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons softened Butter
5 ounces Blue Cheese
1 pound of 80/20 Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
Iceburg Lettuce
Red Onion (thinly sliced)
Tomato (thinly sliced)
Beard and the Gal’s Buttermilk Potato Rolls

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Form the ground beef into thin patties
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste
3. Finish burgers with Serrano Blue Cheese butter
4. Toast buns
5. Grill burgers
6. Build burgers with Duke’s mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and the burger
