There’s certain dishes that make Thanksgiving feel like Thanksgiving. What are your classics? Turkey? Green bean casserole? Mashed potatoes? It might be a bit less traditional, but for us one of those items is Brussel Sprouts.

Nothing says it’s football season like donning the jersey, grabbing your favorite drink, and settling in to cheer on your favorite team. But, no good football watching is complete without the correct snacks.

There’s nothing like a good burger on the grill. Make it a smash burger and we are extra in. Our friends from Beard and the Gal created this delicious recipe taking all the elements of a classic burger and elevating it with our Serrano hot sauce, their Buttermilk Potato Rolls, and a swipe of blue cheese.

There’s nothing like a good ol’ plate of wings. You dig in, get saucy and what’s not to love about that? Our friends from Beard and the Gal have done it again with this recipe for Mango Habanero Chicken Wings. Chicken wings are delicious in their own right…add our hot sauce and a touch of mango and that’s a yes in our book.

Fields of corn. High school basketball, the stuff of legends. The epicenter of the Midwest’s beloved “Ope". The Indy 500. All of the quintessential Indiana highlights…and now, Brewt’s joins the ranks.

One of the things that we pride ourselves on when it comes to our products, is that we intentionally develop them so that they can be enjoyed on their own. It’s something we’re passionate about because it all goes back to ingredients. When you make your product with real, good things, it allows you to enjoy it in various ways. That’s big for us. No filler, no junk, no additives…just all natural and delicious.

We love that you can shop our products online. We can’t tell you how much excitement we have when there’s large stacks of boxes at our door to be shipped to your doorstep. But, did you know that there’s another way to find us? Brewt’s works with local stockists across the country who carry our products. The businesses that carry our products all look different: large grocery store chains, hometown bars, adorable boutiques in shopping districts, beloved corner markets…the list is endless.

We loved the Habanero Ranch dressing from The Beard and the Gal last time we did a recipe. Creamy with a little fire checked all of our boxes. Given our love for the dressing, we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the next recipe: Hot Honey Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. Not sure about you, but we like all of those words.

You have an ice cold, perfectly garnished Bloody Mary in your hand. It’s Brewt’s mixer of course, so it’s all natural with the perfect amount of spice. But, as you chat with friends over Bloodys and brunch food, you notice that your drink is getting watered down. We have all been there and we’re here to help. Say hello to Bloody Mary ice cubes!

We have been sharing recipes that incorporate our hot sauces, so we wanted to share a bit of background about the entire product line. Buckle up folks, it’s time for a little hot sauce 101. The hot sauces have a beautiful history. They are all authentic recipes from Jojutla, Morelos, Mexico. We worked with a family friend, Consuela, to develop her recipe for each sauce.

I’m the designer for Brewt’s so if you’ve looked at one of their bottles, you have seen my work (my flamingo, jalapeno, lime filled work). I wanted to share a bit about my process and what it’s like to help create the visual identity for our products and beyond.

To say that this past summer was fun for us is an understatement. Summer is really when we are in all of our glory here at Brewt’s. We are part of local farmer’s markets each week plus, various events throughout the season which makes our schedule crazy in the best way.

Calling all ranch dressing lovers! There’s nothing like a creamy, delicious dollop of ranch with your favorite dishes. It’s become a staple in the condiment world and we’re all for it. If it’s a favorite of yours, we have great news…it’s fairly easy to make. But, before we get to the recipe, what could make this hallowed dressing even better? HOT SAUCE OF COURSE.

When we’re planning our photoshoots, we like to think about locations that have a connection to the Brewt’s brand. This could be anything from a stockist who carries the Brewt’s line to a recognizable hometown spot.

We often say that we are locally made, nationally enjoyed. We love our hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan. It’s where I’m from, where Brewt’s really debuted itself on a large stage, and now home to our warehouse and bottling center. All of our products are made right here by people that live in the community. There’s a lot to love about this area; it continues to grow and develop. Michiganders celebrate everything local in a special way including this proudly local, woman-owned business.
