Serrano Beer Cheese

turn the game on, grab your beer cheese, let’s do this.

Nothing says it’s football season like donning the jersey, grabbing your favorite drink, and settling in to cheer on your favorite team. But, no good football watching is complete without the correct snacks. For us, a good beer cheese came to mind so our friends from Beard and the Gal put together this recipe and included our Serrano hot sauce.

All the creamy, dunk your chip in here goodness with a bit of spice? We’re all in.

Serrano BEER CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Brewt’s Serrano Hot Sauce
1 and 3/4 cups Pacifico
3 cups Shredded White Cheddar
8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a crock pot or sauce pot on medium heat
2. Stir until everything is melted and hot
3. Garnish with cilantro (optional)
3. Serve with bread, your favorite tortilla chips, or veggies
